Flexible pipes are manufactured by reference, as well as per running meter in the range of 1 up to 5 meters lenght, in diameters from 76mm up to 250mm. Main purpose of a flex pipe is to compensate and to absorb vibrations that occurs in the exhaust system between rigid elements.

Thermal insulation is mainly used in modern engines that meet EURO 5 and EURO 6 emission standards. Preformed stainless-steel cover protects the insulation matt from water and impact of solid particles. It is applied in different thickness, according to specific demand.
Combination of insulation mats and stainless-steel cover is designed to maintain temperature inside the exhaust pipe where the operating temperature can reach close to 1000°C, while at the same time ensuring resistance to external conditions met in daily use.
