Disther - TM 581

Disther is a compact, high tech module for valves actuation, pressure and flow measuring. It was developed for testing high pressure Diesel Common Rail pumps, supplying more reliability and precision with results never seen before in the American market.

By adding hydraulic connections, some sensors (pressure and rotation) and valves (rail and DRV) Disther turns your pump test bench into a modern and sophisticated equipment for pump valves actuation, pressure and flow measuring.

With Disther your test bench receives technological resources, with official manufacturer´s reference parameters, pressure control and digital flow measuring.

It has an exclusive diagnosis test plan that consists of a guided test enabling the performance analysis of the internal elements of the pump, which facilitates the repair work.

It tests pumps with synchronized actuation of the pressure valves, such as Denso HP5 (Toyota Hilux), Caterpillar (326-4634) among others.
