We offer injector regeneration services from all well-known manufacturers:
Bosch, Delphi, Denso, Siemens VDO (Continental), which work in Common Rail systems. The regeneration of the injectors is carried out in strict accordance with the instructions prepared by the manufacturer. Each injector must undergo a test on specific devices that we have in our company, including on Carbon Zapp iMTBR CRI devices. Thanks to the precise tools used by our company and a computer-managed repair process, it is possible to measure and adjust the functional parameters of the injector and atomizer control mechanism. Specialized software used by our employees enables the selection of all regulatory elements in accordance with the manufacturer's guidelines, and the measurement accuracy reaches 0.001 mm. A well-repaired, precisely dosed injector results in lower fuel consumption and reduced exhaust emissions. The offered technology allows us to repair over 90% of injector damage cases, mainly related to the wear of the spraying part and leaks within the control valve. The test measures the tightness and doses at several load points such as idle, part speed, full load and pilot dose. One of the most important elements of the test is the ability to determine classes and IMA codes that guarantee correct engine operation. We also test piezoelectric injectors on the test stand.
