The Inocart VT is perfect for the uniform application of polyester, epoxy or acrylic-based powders. The powder is fluidized directly in the box or container on the vibrating table, which allows the pump to transport the powder more quickly through the hoses to the hand gun. Maximum powder and energy savings were the focus of development in order to reduce emissions, increase productivity and improve the quality of the powder coating. The TEC5 (Transfer Electronic Control) technology ensures self-regulation of the electrostatic charge, taking into account the powder flow and the distance between the parts, in order to optimize the efficiency of the powder transfer and the surface quality.

Fast color changes with cleaning under 25 seconds reduce set-up times. The Inocart VT is quick and easy to clean thanks to the integrated Fast Clean option and the customizable self-cleaning sequence.

The powerful high-voltage unit, which is controlled by the Inobox control unit, creates a high wraparound effect on large workpieces and penetrates even complex areas. Due to the maximum use of the powder, both material costs and time can be saved. The Inobox is the main control unit for the Inogun M, as it monitors the high voltage and all air flows: voltage, current, conveying and dosing air, as well as purge air.
