The innovative eddy current rotation process enables the most efficient surface matting during painting preparation. Thanks to its compact dimensions of just LxWxH 3.0 m x 2.25 m x 1.95 m, the SmartBoxBlower is ideal for processing bumpers, rims, fenders and other small parts in the paint shop.

Mechanically instead of manually - in times of a shortage of skilled workers and increasingly complex component geometries, painting preparation with the SmartBoxBlower is of better quality and approx. 80% faster than by hand. Bumpers can now be prepared for painting in less than five minutes, instead of the usual 30 to 40 minutes. The process guarantees an even and perfectly sanded surface. Depending on the nozzle distance from the component, roughness depths of P400 to P1,500 can be created. This significantly improves paint adhesion and optimizes corrosion protection.

The rounded side elements of the SmartBoxBlower enable precise matting of the bumper sides in particular. The machine lid can be opened completely upwards. For particularly quick and easy assembly, the workpiece carrier automatically moves into the front assembly position and then back into the processing position when the lid is closed.

The innovative 360°FLEX system is one of the outstanding features of the. For the first time, the user is able to stand outside the cabin without a protective suit and rotate the bumpers so that they can be blown all around and from “ear to ear”.
