Avtovin is a manufacturer of license plate production equipment - Embossing presses and Double row hot stamping machine. There is also developed software that is installed on the Middle and High presses. It's called Smart License Plate System.

Double row hot stamping machine. Hot stamping machines are used for painting license plates by thermal transfer method under the high temperature. The facility is equipped with a drum 240 mm wide, due to which it is possible to paint two license plates at the same time up to 120 mm wide. This solution saves your time and electricity.

There are three types of presses - Light, Middle and High.

Embossing press Light

A simple version of the press: it takes up little space and is easy to use. It has manual pressure regulation, many cells for storing clapper-dies and consumes electricity economically. Just turn it on - to start.

Embossing press Middle

Press Middle - innovative equipment for the production of license plates. It has document scanners, barcode scanners and a printer for printing receipts.

This press is compatible with software versions AV-2 and AV-3.

Embossing press High

Press High has the most complete functionality, it is designed to manage the process of license plate production. Special development for the press High is the AV-4 software version. In the case of an operator's mistake, the software makes it impossible to continue the process without correcting the wrong combination.

This hardware supports any version of the Smart License Plate System.
