Steel

Forged with high-quality carbon steel for strength and durability. Our raw material is sourced from a single steel mill with a strict quality compliance certification process. We purchase raw material 3-6 months in advance to allow for release of internal stress and ensure uniformity during the manufacturing process.

Head profile

We machine our s-camshaft head for enhanced fit along the curvature to provide consistent brake performance through its entire movement range.

Heat treatment

We apply a heat treatment to head and spline for improved wear life. The camshaft splines have a Rockwell hardness level of 40-50 HRC.

Spline

Our camshaft spline is rolled (as opposed to milled) for increased durability by preserving the metal integrity. Our spline profile strictly adheres to the ANSI B92.1 standard to ensure

a perfect fit with the slack adjusters and prevent slippage.

Product development

As one of the earliest s-camshaft manufacturers in China, we have one of the largest s-camshaft product ranges, including s-camshafts for many legacy axle types. We also have full product development capabilities and work closely with OEM customers to develop new s-camshafts

based on requested design changes.
