Our in-house design department is equipped to meet any customer request for custom bag designs, including specific dimensions and constructions. Utilizing our automated cutting line ensures high precision for each bag component, which are then expertly sewn by our skilled team.

We carefully select and source all bag components directly from manufacturers to guarantee quality. Standard options include plastic handles, Velcro, zippers, net compartments, elastic tapes, piping for stiff edges, clear paper tag pockets, PP boards for added rigidity, and stitched seams covered by binding.

For any unique elements, our extensive local supplier
network allows us to accommodate most requests.

Fabric selection

We source fabrics from carefully selected suppliers who meet our rigorous quality standards. Our portfolio features fabrics that comply with both REACH and GRS standards, underscoring our commitment to environmental sustainability. As part of our strategy, we aim to eliminate PVC from all our fabrics by 2026.

Our standard fabrics are:

• Nylon with PVC backing 70D x 190T
• Polyester 600D x 300D with PVC backing known as “cordura”
• Leatherette
• Polyester with PE backing

For special orders involving specific colors or materials, our extensive network of local suppliers is ready and able to fulfill most customer needs.

MICRO is our flagship model that can be found in many cars on the European market. This is the improved successor of the SUPER MINI model that for long time was a benchmark on the market. Our R&D department allowed us to develop a triangle that is lighter yet more stable against the wind. Long leg span as well as special design of fluorescent material are key factors. Our yearly production of this model approaches 2mln pcs that proves how good and reliable this model is.

MICRO FOLD is the foldable version of our flagship MICRO warning triangle. As inventors and patent holders of the first foldable triangle on the market – NANO, we managed to even further improve this revolutionary concept. Always ahead of the competition we have improved the stability against the wind by increasing the leg span. What is unique about this model is that this was possible even though the weight was optimized.

Thanks to the compact design this model fits perfectly into reduced spaces like glove box or motorcycle.
