Description

This parallel, 124 Pin Breakoutbox, is suitable for use with our parallel Adapters. These adapters can be placed between the ECU and the cable tree connector. This allows all signals to be measured while the ECU is still functional and thus a working motor management or other system is still functional. In this way it is not necessary to puncture cables or work with paper clips. As a result, threads, contacts and connector are no longer damaged.
The 124 pin breakout box is connected to the adapter through connecting cables PRT-NI-177 cables with 62 pin connectors ,.

232-CHANNEL FAILURE SIMULATION BOX | FSB232M

The FSB232M is a serial 232-channel failure simulation box. The FSB232M is equally More Universal Than The Smaller Model, The FSB155M. This box has bone designed in order to be able to simulate faults in Automotive Electronic Motor Management Systems for Petrol or Diesel Engines. With this system, signals of a running engine can be measured or disconnected from the engine computer. Each Channel is modified with an integrated fuse for safety. The Box is placed in Serial Connection with the System, So Each Signal Must Pass Through The Failure Simulation Box. Three Integrated Red LEDs Can Be Connected to All Signals Like Fuel Injectors, Relays, Ignition etc. 10 Turn potentiometers or 10k, 50k, and 100kohm have leg integrated to simulate: The Resistance and the Bad Connection of Wires or Terminals of Engine Electronics. An Adapter Cable is needed to connect the box to the engine.
The Big Advantage of this Tool is that you can now use one adapter cable for every vehicle that uses the same type or layout of connector!

The Y-cable or splitter cable is placed between the sensor/actuator and cable tree connector so that the sensor can normally function in a working motor management system. By connecting the 18 pin breakout box to this cable, a measurement of the signals to and from the sensor can be taken in a safe and reliable way. This can be done by using a multimeter or scoop. The pin occupation with the pin numbers on the connector is the same as the number of songs on the Breakout Box. In this way, cables no longer have to be punctured to measure a signal. The use of a paper clip and measuring along the seals is therefore a thing of the past. There is no hole in the insulation of the wire, or the seal and the copper of the wire, cannot oxidize and cause the necessary problems in the future. Nor will it be measured in a separate connector with the chance of damage to the contact. Moreover, the sensor also no longer works with a separate connector!
