The company, founded in 1946 and based in Collegno (TO), presents itself with a rich catalogue of over 4,800 items and a high coverage index of the European car park, industrial or agricultural vehicles and motorcycles.

FACET designs, produces and distributes over 4.8 million OE Equivalent components in more than 100 countries. With over 1,400 internal tests performed every year and thanks to a very efficient Clean Room, FACET guarantees high standards of quality and technology to its customers.
Not surprisingly, in 2020 the company adopted the payoff "Technology is a part of us" that summarizes three key elements, three strengths for the growth of FACET throughout its history:

The new logistics center: the rest of the world is closer
The history of FACET is characterized by a long journey full of successes, intuitions and continuous improvements. A tangible example of corporate commitment is the investment in logistics, with the acquisition in 2014 of an over 5,000 square meters dept in Orbassano and its complete renewal that led in 2023 to the creation of an automated logistics center.
This logistics center, a few kilometers from the main headquarters, is the beating heart of packaging, picking and delivery processes, with a management of about 20,000 pieces shipped every day worldwide.

FACET Quality Management System is ISO 9001/2015 and IATF certified 16949:2016, a testament to the constant commitment to an original equipment quality, based on four key pillars:
OE EQUIVALENT
Accurate analysis of OE (Original Equipment) components in terms of materials, technical specifications and lifecycle allow FACET to design and produce components that guarantee high performance and premium quality, at least equal to original components.
DEVELOPMENT
Being a manufacturer allows FACET to fully understand the functionality of the products already in the design phase. The company uses Advanced Product Quality Planning Tools and CSR to offer high performance.
CUSTOMER SERVICE
Customer care is the basis of Facet’s approach. Speaking the same language of the customers, understanding their needs and satisfying them is the ABC of the company. From Sales team through customer service, production and logistics, the clear goal is to satisfy customers in time
and in the ways they need. With over 20,000 pieces Shipped every day, Facet guarantees product presence in over 100 countries.
MADE IN ITALY
FACET is proudly Italian and produces Made in Italy components. This choice has allowed the company to become one of the major Italian players in the international automotive market.
What is the right approach for the challenges of global markets and ensure continuous improvement?
FACET found the answer in June last year with the arrival of Chris Dixon in quality of CEO. With
significant experience in internationalization processes, Dixon leads the company towards a future that always more oriented to customers satisfaction around the world.
