Standard Duty Orbital (SDO) pads have been designed to offer the same great engineered foams as the HDO line without the dual layer construction and are suitable for all DA polishers with a center ventilated backing plate. The center hole provides a tunnel to release and dissipate heat from the foam; reducing surface temperatures making it less likely to damage the paint.

Additional Cutting Support from Low Lint Wool

These premium low lint pads are a knitted prewashed lambswool material suggested for a heavy cutting option that offers superior residue control for better performance and less cleaning while using. With proper usage the low lint will cut more and matte down less than microfiber.

Tapered Edge - Prevents pad rolling and provides great pad rotation. Great for curved and contoured panels. Allows for precision polishing in tight areas.

HDO® Formulation - Consistent performance, firmness throughout heat cycle and user experience. Foams provide maximum durability and consistency when polishing with long throw polisher.

Center Ventilated Cooling Channel - Dissipates heat away from the center of the pad, reducing temperatures and increasing durability. The system also allows for perfect pad alignment.

Premium Low Lint pads are a knitted prewashed lambswool matted to a foam interface for maximum comfort, performance, and overall user feel/experience. Significant testing went into the design of low lint pads to determine the best weight & wool pile height to maximize this pad for peak performance on any type of machine. The foam interface makes this pad feel great on a rotary machine but has the durability and firmness to hold up on even a 21mm DA machine. This pad works well on Gelcoat to remove oxidation and can be used as a one step pad due to the amazing finish it provides. For DA, this pad is ideally used for heavy compounding bringing superior cutting abilities compared to a microfiber pad.

Hybrid Foams

The Hybrid foams are specially engineered with small cells and dense construction to keep abrasives in the chemicals close to the surface of the pad.
