1ST Generation

Wheel bearing of the 1st generation are compact bearing modules, however instead of balls the tapered rollers are used as rolling elements. The use of tapered rollers increased load carrying ability of bearings as regards big axial loads and lateral acceleration. Thanks to the use of the finite-element method for calculations and taking into considerations of elements adjacent to the bearing it was possible to design taper bearing module (maintenance free) with defined pre-load and factory life-time lubricated.
