Air spring body is made of soft cord(PA66) and rubber(CR/NR). We use the same material as OE part, the characteristics are consistent with the original cars. Our special rubber formula has added technical property suitable for vehicle 6-DOF motion. Fatigue life is more than 5 million times, it can work well under different high or low temperatures.Some special air suspension systems have pneumatic distribution valve in the piston of air spring and air strut. We optimize the structure of pneumatic distribution valve, make it hold pressure longer and more reliable.
