Rubber hose for brakes
Description
The rubber hose’s role at brake hoses: It provides a flexible connection between the wheel to be braked and the chassis, and transfers the braking force during the operation of the brake system.
During our brake hose production we make our products exquisitely compliancing the regulations, so that their performance will fully meet the standard requirements. We continuously check our products’ quality with tests, and search for possible developments.
The rubber hose produced by us consists of 5 layers, every layer has an exactly defined role. From the inside to the outside, the first is the inner rubber hose, which has a task of resisting the nonpetroleum-base brake fluid. The first braided layer follows, which withstands the pressure in the inner rubber hose with its relatively dense fabric, then a thin rubber foil comes, which prevents the friction or rubbing between the two braided layers and enables the movement between them. The second braided layer gives further resistance against the inner pressure, increasing the lifetime of the hose. Finally, a cover rubber layer is necessary, which serves as a protection for the hose against the environmental effects, such as the UV radiation.
