High pressure common rail tester
Testing the real pressure in the high pressure circuit of the common rail injection systems is a difficult job because it can reach really high pressures, which can easily exceed 1000 Bar
Most testers that can be found on the market measure the pressure based on the signal from the pressure sensor of the vehicle itself, so that if the sensor malfunctions, the reading obtained is false.
This tester measures the actual pressure with a 2000 Bar gauge, which is manufactured in stainless steel. The connection is made using ultra flexible hoses, which are able of supporting up to 2000 Bar.
The tester is provided with two sets of ultra flexible hoses, with those hoses the user can test the most usual engines (M12x150 M14x150 connections). Extra adapters are supplied with thread M14x125 and M12x125 to test the less usual engines.
This new model is provided with a relief valve calibrated to 1400 bar, so that the direct pressure from the pump can be tested and also provides a higher level of safety.
