The starter kit consists of a QuickPlate and the DuoExpert. Both products are the base for precise wheel-alignment.

The variable flange plate adapter QuickPlate is indispensable for perfect mounting of the vehicle wheelat the wheel balancing machine. The QuickPlate simulates the correct clamping pressure, as the wheel nuts on the car. This ensures an optimum balancing result.The rotating eccentric unit makes it easy to determine the bolt circle. Once you have determined the pitch circle, the Pro Lock System fixes the setting for the whole set of tyres.

DuoExpert is the tolerance-free hub centering system for steel and alloy wheels. It is used instead of the conventional centering sleeves and cones. DuoExpert’s full effect is experienced when it is completely emerged in the centering flange under pressure. The rim is centered in its middle and lies completely in the flange. This simulates the exact fit on the wheel hub of the vehicle. With a possible clamping range of 54 mm to 94 mm, approx. 95 % of all passenger cars are covered.

The AXIS series for axle alignment on commercial vehicles was extended by the SAD systems.
Using the SAD500, a check and adjustment of the driver assistance systems on commercial vehicles can be carried out.

• The SAD500 has been developed in order to be able to carry out a check and for the adjustment of an Adaptive Cruise Control sensor (ACC sensor) on commercial vehicles.
