Valves and engine parts
Thanks to the experience gained over decades of production for the OE market Freccia International s.r.l. is able to offer its customers a wide range of valves and valve guides of the highest quality for all kind of applications. The quality of our products is granted under the Standard ISO 9001:2008.
Our range consists of valves of multiple shapes and materials from chrome nickel steel to chromium plated stems valves, from bimetallic to armored valves and includes also products developed to withstand the high temperatures and poor lubrication of gasoline engines converted with CNG and LPG.
The partnership with Scarpa & Colombo allows us to collaborate with a research and development department that recently presented titanium valves and sodium-hollow valves.
All our valves are produced according to the best standard and ISO 9001:2008 certified.
Our production is made with different materials in order to better satisfy our customers, in particular our selection comprehend:
- inlet valves for normal use in chrome nickel steel.
- lnlet valves with particular needs and exhaust valves for normal engines in silicon chrome-plated martensitic steel.
- Exhaust valves manufactured with steel containing 20% of chrome.
- Exhaust valves manufactured with chrome-nickel-manganese steel.
- Valve manufactured with Nimonic. This is a super amagnetic alloy composed essencially by nickel.
- Valves which have undergone a liquid nitriding process.
- Valves with chrome plated stem.
- Bimetallic valves.
- Valves for which the seat itself undergoes a stellite coating process.
Furthermore Scarpa & Colombo, our research and development partner, recently presented titanium valves and sodium-hollow valves.
