Wheel Trolley Easy Lift is our own invention. It is the most ergonomic variant within our range of Wheel Trolleys.

It is an elevated Wheel Trolley, which, with the help of springs, raises and lowers in relation to load. A brilliant feature, when you wish to save yourself for heavy lifting and relieve knees and back.

The trolley is intended for 4 wheels and may be used for, amongst others, the mounting and dismounting of wheels, at tyre racks and as an ergonomically correct transfer to the tyre changing machine.

STREAMLINED INFLATION STATION FOR THE SAFE INFLATION OF WHEELS

The inflation station contains of a roller table with a built-on safety portal, that includes a PCI 1200 computer inflator.

IT 1000 can be mounted with different kinds of optional equipment. This way you can have an inflation station with exactly the features and functions you need.

The use of the IT 1000 inflation station offers – beside from an increased safety – a high level of
efficiency to the complete tyre service workflow.

• Poycarbonate glass is mounted with a heavy glue for a good durability
• Strong construction and a wide portal = high safety

ERGONOMICALLY AND GENTLE BEAD BREAKING

AHCON bead breakers press the tire to remove the rim horizontally. This method ensures a much lower number of pressure damages to the rim and a much better working posture compared with the use of traditional vertical bead breakers.

AHCON bead breakers are available in 3 different variants:
The basic model BBRT 700 – and the BBRT 900 and BBRT 900XL.

The latter two are equipped with extra functions such as among others a magic arm, that is especially good when working with alloy rims.
