FAI’s range of cylinder heads covers popular passenger car and light commercial applications. Made from Aluminium or cast iron, each head is machined on the latest generation CNC machines for greater accuracy and continuity.

Most heads are supplied bare (including valve guides & seats) which offers a cost-effective option if all the components from the old head can be transferred to the new head. Where major damage has occurred FAI can offer on some applications a complete head, with camshaft(s), valves, springs, seals etc. all built up and ready to fit.
