MS-polymer based windscreen adhesive

DEKASYL MS-8 is a MS-polymer based windscreen adhesive with a very high initial tack and fast strength build up. DEKASYL MS-8 has an excellent primerless adhesion on glass and windscreens with a ceramic frit and can be used to bond windscreens in motorhomes, cars, trucks, busses, etc. DEKASYL MS-8 can be used in the direct glazing aftermarket and has excellent adhesion to freshly cut (original used) PU- and MS based windscreen adhesives. Due to its very high initial tack clamping times can often be reduced or clamps are not needed anymore.

Aqueous Undercoating

DEKAPHON 958 is a quick-drying, aqueous product for providing protection against stone impact. It forms a black, elastic film that provides both the underbody and adjacent chassis components with effective protection from stone impact and gritting salts.

• Aqueous and environmentally friendly
• Visible curing process (turns from blue to black)

Dab-off Sealant

The dab-off sealant DEKASEAL 8936 offers impressively high seal performance, UV resistance and elasticity, as it does not harden and does not remain permanently sticky. Excess amounts can be dabbed off easily, leaving no residues.

Applications

Windows, roofs, screws and strips, service doors, plug sockets, profiles & door holders.

Benefits

• Very low water vapour permeability
• Excesses can be dabbed off using the sealant material itself
• Easy to repair

High Tack Adhesive- and Sealant

DEKASYL MS-5 is an adhesive with a strong bonding effect and high handling strength for the bonding of structurally critical brackets, covers and components. Its high strength allows fixture times to be reduced and almost entirely eliminates the need for clamping.
