Our range of products, which includes standard silencers for cars, trucks and tractors, is constantly studied to fulfil European market requirements.
Material used in our production consists of aluminized steel sheets and aluminized pipes (FePo4). In each muffler, external and internal tubes have thickness of 1,5mm; plates have thickness of 1,8mm and sheets for our boxes have thickness 0,6mm+0,6mm in order to ensure the best performances and resistance of our products.
Asso Marmitte makes the difference using the reflection system into our production.
This system allows to eliminate rock-wool from our boxes, producing exhaust systems exactly comparable to original ones.
All our silencers are manufactured using first quality materials only and are approved in conformity with EC Directives by Italian Transport Authority and TÜV.
ASSO Marmitte S.r.l. quality system has been certified by Authority Certification DNV “DET NORSKE VERITAS”, on 25th June 1999, in conformity with the Directive “UNI EN ISO 9002” for the manufacture and sale of exhaust systems.
