COMMERCIAL VEHICLE FRAME REPAIR SYSTEM

The HERKULES RAM-TRUCK™ system is designed for post-accident and operational repairs of damaged commercial vehicle frames. It utilizes a set of devices anchored to a permanently embedded grate in the workshop floor, enabling effective, ergonomic, and safe straightening. The basic set includes horizontal presses, blocking assemblies, vertical presses, “C”-type presses, and supporting accessories. Each set comes equipped with certified chains and tow hooks. HERKULES RAM-TRUCK™ collaborates with the mounting grate, which ideally has external dimensions of 16 m x 4.5 m. The recommended overall repair station dimensions are 20 m x 6.5 m. The grate is custom-made based on an individual project prepared for the investor. The fixing system utilizes slots in the grate, allowing rapid and efficient attachment of essential system components such as presses, blocking assemblies, pulling towers, cabin repair system frames, and roller locking brackets.
