CAB-RAM™, CAB-TECH™, and CAB-MAX hybrid™ are specialized systems for repairing heavy-duty truck cabins. The design of CAB-TECH™ and CAB-MAX hybrid™ devices allows for the application of cabin-specific fixtures while simultaneously providing hydraulic support for floor plate repairs. This approach ensures the correct shape of the floor plate, particularly at hinge and latch attachment points—the four critical areas determining whether the cabin can be mounted to the frame. Regardless of the chosen mounting system, the same high-tower pulling towers are used in all cases.

The choice of system depends on the stage at which the service expands its cabin repair capabilities. Ideally, this decision aligns with overall service technology planning. However, it’s not a strict requirement and can be implemented at any time. Devices attached to the floor-mounted grate are highly ergonomic and efficient. If there is no dedicated mounting grate, an alternative solution involves creating a smaller grate (approximately 5 m x 5 m) specifically for cabin repairs. Additionally, anchor systems for repair equipment and pulling towers can be used if necessary.
