DEVICE FOR WHEEL AND AXLE ALIGNMENT

TRUCK-EXAM™ is an electronic-laser device designed for wheel alignment of commercial vehicle chassis. Constructed by engineers with nearly forty years of experience, this device takes into account the needs of service centers handling accident repairs for commercial vehicles. Vertical angles are measured electronically using high-quality miniature digital inclinometers. The measurement signal is obtained from these inclinometers. In the latest version, the measurement heads are also equipped with digital gyroscopes for wheel alignment measurements. Horizontal angles are measured optically using semiconductor lasers. All vertical angles are measured in a single operation.

The device is designed for checking and adjusting all essential parameters of the vehicle chassis, including axles and frames. It can be used in accident repair workshops, mechanical repairs, and diagnostics. In its basic version, it serves as a device for measuring and adjusting wheel alignment and axles. When equipped with accessories for frame shape measurement, it can also detect frame curvature in three-axis.

EQUIPMENT AND CAPABILITIES: 

TRUCK-EXAM™ can be equipped with Wi-Fi communication. This feature allows measurement of most parameters (TOE, CAMBER, KINGPIN, CASTER, MAXIMUM WHEEL TURN, WHEEL TURN DIFFERENCE) in a single operation. An additional advantage is the immediate and direct transmission of results to the smartphone or computer application. The basic version of the device includes magnetic quick-mount clamps and lightweight alloy rim adapters. The measurement heads are constructed using “heavy-duty” technology, ensuring reliable performance in challenging workshop conditions. Our systems are already used in Poland, Ukraine, Malaysia, Spain, and Slovakia.
