COMMERCIAL VEHICLE FRAME MEASUREMENT KIT

RAM-EXAM™ is a laser-based device for measuring the shape geometry of vehicle frames. It allows shape control and can be used both as a diagnostic tool and as a system for continuous monitoring during vehicle repairs. RAM-EXAM™ works in conjunction with the TRUCK REPORT™ software. Optionally, measurement results can be recorded directly onto measurement protocol sheets. Parameters that can be measured using the RAM-EXAM™ system include CENTRAL AXIS DEVIATIONS, BEAMS LINEARITY, FLATNESS, and ANGULARITY.

RAM-EXAM™ is a complete and ergonomic measurement system primarily designed for comprehensive frame shape control in commercial vehicles. Most components feature a quick-mount system based on neodymium magnetic holders, ensuring reliability. Our systems are already used in Poland, Ukraine, Malaysia, Spain, and Slovakia.
