The classical procedure for minor damage repairs require a preparation workplace for sanding, filling and priming and a spray booth for coating and drying.

The Multi-Speed-Master® (MSM) as the central "all-in-one" workplace infers that vehicles do not have to be routed during the individual work steps. This saves time, is environmentally friendly and contributes to work safety.

With the multi-speed master, painting and drying are no longer carried out in a large painting and drying booth. This way the operating costs associated with the use of a classical spray booth, oversized for small damage repairs, are altogether eliminated. The coating and drying are carried out by means of selective and movable suction, as well as IR / UV drying. There is no need to completely heat and suck the entire surface of the car. This saves up to  85% of the current energy costs. Traditional spray booths require a waiting time until cooling is completed and they are again operational. The SEHON spot-repair system does not require any additional waiting time. This results in an increased productivity .


Many car body shops have so far refrained from spot-repair because no professional system, that will enable professional coating similar to the one in a spray booth, was available. The Multi-Speed-Master ® can be integrated into an existing workstation. The spot repair area is cleanly separated from the rest of the workshop by a clear-cut curtain system.
