Putties
Putty is the thickest layer in the system which influences the final form of the vehicle body. Its choice depends on the character of damage (dimensions and depth of spots and holes in vehicle body and others) and type of substrate (steel, galvanized steel and aluminum). Putties of CS System has low content of harmful volatile organic compounds (Low V.O.C.).
CS System Polyester PUTTY FULL - two-component coarse-grained polyester putty of primary application with large particles. It serves for filling of big roughnesses and scratches on the surface. Applicable surfaces are chrome and galvanized steel, glass fibre and plastic surfaces (exc.PE and PTFE), steel and aluminum.
CS System Polyester PUTTY UNI– two-component medium-grained polyester putty for universal application. It fills roughnesses and scratches on the surface. Applicable surfaces are chrome and galvanized steel, glass fibre and plastic surfaces (exc.PE and PTFE), steel and aluminum.
CS System Polyester PUTTY FINE – fine-grained polyester putty of final application. It guarantees ideal surface without porosity. Applicable surfaces are chrome and galvanized steel, glass fibre and plastic surfaces (exc.PE and PTFE), steel and aluminum.
CS System Polyester PUTTY GLASS/MICRO GLASS – two-component polyester putty armed by glass fibre. It serves for filling of big roughness and through holes and has carrier function. Applicable surfaces are chrome and galvanized steel, glass fibre and plastic surfaces (exc.PE and PTFE), steel and aluminum. Length of glass fibres: 6 mm/3 mm.
CS System Polyester PUTTY ALU – polyester putty with aluminum particles. It is resistant to vibration and temperature fluctuation. Applicable surfaces are chrome and galvanized steel, glass fibre and plastic surfaces (exc.PE and PTFE), steel and aluminum.
