TWF-100

The TWF-100 is a perfect basic model (hand-operated) and is also perfect for very limited space. It has a handbrake for locking the shaft when wheel mounting, balancing and braking. The balancing accuracy is, as with all our wheel balancers, 1g. Furthermore, like all our wheel balancers, the TWF-100 has a static and dynamic balancing program for car and motorcycle wheels.

TWF-150

The TWF-150 is our basic model and is perfectly suited for small and normal volume. The balancing accuracy is, as with all our wheel balancers, 1g. Furthermore, like all our wheel balancers, the TWF-150 has a static and dynamic balancing program for car and motorbike wheels. In addition, the TWF-150 and the TWF-00 have a manual measuring program, which ensures high balancing accuracy. In addition, the TWF-150 has the same software as the TWF-00.

Our TWF-00, like our TWF-23, TWF-95 and TWF-96, has a larger housing than our TWF-150. The TWF-00 has an extremely long drive shaft of 255 mm, which is advantageous for wide tyres. The shaft diameter of the TWF-00, TWF-23, TWF-95 and TWF-96 is 40 mm, while the shaft diameter of the TWF-150 is 36 mm. In addition, the main bearings of the TWF-00, TWF-23, TWF-95 and TWF-96 have a larger diameter. The TWF-23, TWF-95 and TWF-96 have an automatic programme recognition and semi-automatic value reading, which allows fast working at high throughput. Furthermore, the TWF-23, TWF-95 and TWF-96 have a foot brake to fix the shaft during wheel clamping or unbalance correction. The TWF-95 and TWF-96 have very extensive equipment with 2 electric feeler arms for rim distance, rim width and rim diameter. In addition, an LED light illuminates the rim for better visibility. In addition, the TWF-95 and TWF-96 have a laser position system for precise application of adhesive weights at 6 o'clock and 12 o'clock position (also possible at 12 o'clock position without laser). The large TFT monitor ensures good readability and visibility of the values. The TWF-96 also has pneumatic wheel tensioning. With the TWF-96-G model, we also offer an anthracite grey version.

TWF-50T

The TW316 is a 3D wheel aligner with a high-speed moving camera system with 4 cameras. With this system we offer the possibility for workshops to measure and adjust cars accurately and efficiently. TWSWE-D

Our TWSWE-D corresponds to the newest guidelines for the testing and adjusting of automotive head lamps. The SLS Self-Leveling-System is able to compensant an uneven floor vertically and horizonzaly up to the legal max within 1-2 seconds. The unit consists of a CMOS-camara, 10 inch tablet as well as a laser visor, laser pointer and a digital luxmeter. The unit also includes a turnable guide rod with a foot pedal and an article inspection from the TüV (Inspection Number TP). Optional is an ASA interface.
