The first test bench was designed in 1998 to satisfy the needs of our own automotive repair shop. In 2005 we started series production of test benches and special repair tools for wholesale and retail customers. For more than two decades, we have been expanding our product range, upgrading design and functions, and improving the quality of our products. Our sales geography covers almost all the parts of the globe: former CIS countries, the Middle East, the USA, Canada, South America, Africa, and China.

MS561 Controller for diagnostics of EPS racks, pumps and columns
Controller MS561 for diagnostics of EPS/EHPS units operating under protocols CAN and FlexRay: steering racks, columns, and pumps. Diagnostics of units disconnected from a vehicle electric system.

Application:
Controller MS561 supplies power to a tested unit and provides special program codes necessary for its launch. Due to this, it is possible to diagnose a unit dismantled from a car. The Controller can diagnose the units disconnected from the vehicle electric system directly in a car. Special diagnostic cables serve for connection of the unit to the Controller.
MS561 is equipped with the OBD II connector for an external diagnostic device to perform the following:
- detect and eliminate errors;
- take readings realtime;
- receive information stored in the control unit;
- encode;
- update software;
- calibrate sensors;

MS800 – BATTERY TESTER FOR HYBRID VEHICLES
Tester MS800 is intended to diagnose high-voltage nickel-metal hydride batteries (Ni-Mh, NiMh) in hybrid vehicles: Toyota, Lexus, Honda, and others.
Purpose:
The MS800 allows the detection of the capacity of high-voltage nickel-metal hydride (Ni-Mh, NiMh) modules of hybrid vehicles batteries and provides simultaneous testing of up to 36 modules consisting of 3-12 cells each at the same time.
The process of battery diagnostics takes place in automatic mode. The control and monitoring of the diagnostic process is carried out on a touch screen. The diagnostic result is stored in the tester memory, and then it can be copied to USB flash memory.
During the diagnostic process, the tester stops charging any module whose temperature has exceeded the predetermined allowable value.

MS112 – TEST BENCH FOR ELECTRIC COMPRESSORS OF AUTOMOTIVE AIR CONDITIONERS
MS112 is intended for the health assessment of electric compressors of climate systems in electric vehicles.
Purpose:
Test bench MS112 diagnoses electric AC compressors with a supply voltage of 140-400 VDC. The test bench checks the electric part of a compressor and makes the performance assessment. Nitrogen is used as a working gas for testing.

MS008 – TEST BENCH FOR DIAGNOSTICS OF ALТERNATORS, STARTERS AND VOLTAGE REGULATORS
MS008 – multifunctional test bench designed for the quick and the accurate diagnostics of the automotive alternators and starters of the passenger cars and the trucks, as well as of voltage regulators separately from alternators. The test bench software is regularly updated for the expanding of the range of diagnosed units. Currently, a new feature is under development: the diagnostics of 12V 'start-stop' alternators and 48V alternators.
Application:
The test bench MS008 enables the comprehensive evaluation of the technical condition and reveal the reason of malfunction of:
- 12/24V automotive alternators with any connection pins and control protocols at the loads 150A and 75A respectively;
- 12/24V voltage regulators separately from alternators;
- 12/24V starters with the power up to 11kW at idle.
