DSG 7.03 REPAIR KIT FOR DSG7 DQ200

The DSG7.03 repair kit allows you to perform the repair of the DSG 7 (OAM, OCW DQ200) series gearboxes with a “dry clutch” in case of pressure problems. Pressure loss occurs as a result of cracks or structural failure(loss of tightness) in the area where the accumulator is attached to the valve body. The kit successfulle eliminates the “P17BF problem”*, common for DSG 7 transmission

  • The wrench should be ordered separately
  • The screws for fixing the adapter are already installed in the gearbox

Valve body test machine VBTM-K

The VALVE BODY TEST MACHINE VBTM-K is designed for testing and diagnostics of valve
bodies of automatic transmissions.

This machine imitates the operation of an electronic control unit of an automatic
transmission by means of an electronic controller and supplies voltage to the solenoids
of the valve body, according to pre-written gearshiſt algorithms. Then the output
pressure readings are taken from each channel, graphs are formed showing the deviation
of the pressure of the tested valve bodies from the reference (valve bodies). The testing
process is carried out with ATF working fluid heated to operating temperatures and
located at various inlet pressures. This eliminates the error that occurs when the
viscosity of ATF changes at different temperatures.
Graphs with reference tests of the new valve bodies are preloaded into the soſtware.

The sequence of work:
1. The valve body is installed on the adapter plate, sensors are connected to the
output channels and the operator starts the first test.
2. The set of tests is repeated for different values of the inlet pressure.
3. Aſter the test completion, a graph with the test result is displayed on the screen.

Please note: the VBTM-K valve body test machine gives out a certain algorithm that the
valve body should perform. At the same time, the VBTM-K valve body test machine can
set various operating modes of the valve body for a full check of its reliability and fault
tolerance. Pressure sensors are installed on the output oil lines coming from the valve
body, which take readings at each unit of time.

High-quality repair of automatic transmission is impossible without repair of the torque converter (TC). A welded and, at first glance, simple design can hide many problems that cannot be solved without specialized equipment.

Kinergo has developed a line of equipment that can be used to repair TC of any automatic transmission model existing on the market.
TC repair line — is a set of equipment that includes welding machines, test benches, special devices and tooling.

1.Cutting, disassembling:

  • PS 07.330 (not in picture) – – a tooling package for a lathe for fixing
    the torque converter during its cutting and for processing
    its surfaces and diameters.
    Includes the faceplate with a diameter of 330 mm

2.Flaw detection, nodes replacement:

  • NF 02.400 – infrared piston bonder
  • IN 06.001 – lockup preload tester for ZF6HP-type Torque Converters

3. Welding:

  • SV 10.004 – torque converter welding machine
  • OS 10.001 (not in picture) – tooling package for centering and fixing
    of the torque converter elements and hubs replacing on the turntable faceplate.

4. Control and parameters verification:

  • SG 50.500 – air test stand
  • TZ 03.800 – end play gauge stand
  • SB 02.350 – The stand is designed to measure the imbalance of torque converters of automatic transmissions in dynamic mode and calculate the masses of corrective loads and their positions.

In 20 years, the company has come a long way from basic understanding the principles of repair to its own technologies for the restoration of automatic transmission torque converters.
