Always know exactly what to do in every repair and service case? Given the variety and complexity of vehicles these days, no workshop can do this anymore. Trainmobil offers detailed, step-by-step assistance to help workshops achieve their goals. And this is now very easy to access with our new chatbot. It is programmed on the basis of Trainmobil's knowledge and provides direct, practical help with individual questions.

The chatbot is supplemented by the Trainmobil repair instructions. They explain various repair and service cases step by step and can be accessed via the Trainmobil website or in the Trainmobil app.

The highlight: the necessary know-how for the repair is provided where you need it: Directly on the vehicle. Each topic is prepared down to the smallest detail. The instructions start with an overview page on which users can see how long the work will take, how complex it is and which additional tools are required. A progress bar shows how far the repair process has progressed. Navigation through the various steps is intuitive. The most important thing: multimedia elements make the necessary specialist knowledge literally tangible. The instructions are equipped with informative texts, zoomable images, detailed videos, interactive 3D models and augmented reality objects.

In the VR world, Trainmobil brings complex processes to life. The training participants are placed in an interactive learning environment using VR glasses or sitting in front of a laptop/PC. In the virtual learning environment, they then have the opportunity to see details on an engine that remain hidden from the eye in reality, as they are located inside. A further advantage: VR makes it possible to practise any number of situations and actions over and over again - with countless repetitions and completely safe!
