TESLA ignition leads are made of different types of cables. This variety enables to cover practically all car brands and models. Original sets are produced to each model and to the most of German cars where copper core leads are traditionally used we offer the original solution with copper core cable (e.g. T854C) and the alternative cheaper variant with resistive core (e.g. T076B).

Basic construction and parameters of cables are described in TESLA Blatna ignition leads catalogue. Three basic types of cable are used – silicone resistive, copper and inductive core. The braided inner insulation provides the electrical insulation and improves mechanical qualities in band area. The outer silicone jacket protects the core including insulation against the conditions of the working enviroment under the bonnet.Ignition lead is furnished with contacts. These contacts are specific by their shape in order to ensure the connection between spark plug and distributor (coil and distributor ). Shape and construction of the contacts meet the actual demands for the application. All TESLA sets comport with international standards ISO 3808, ISO 6856 and SAE J2031.
