Quality Assurance
Certified with IATF 16949 since 2009, Volkstech is committed to superior quality management systems. Our quality assurance framework includes precise testing equipment tailored for high-temperature and water intrusion conditions. Our quality team, consisting of nine professionals specializing in Quality Management (QM), Quality Control (QC), and Quality Assurance (QA), conducts stringent 100% quality checks at all key production stages and at the end of the production line. This ensures all products meet the highest standards, equivalent to Original Equipment (OE) specifications.

Research and Development
Our robust R&D team comprises 12 engineers specializing in mechanics, electronics, processes, and programming. Over the past 16 years, our team has developed more than 4000 parts, incorporating technologies from industry leaders such as NTK, Denso, Delphi, Bosch, and Continental. We have secured over 50 national patents, demonstrating our strong engineering capacity and innovation. Supported by our suppliers, we offer rapid response capabilities in product development, promising new model development within 14 days and new mold and tools development within 90 days.
