MIRROR SWITCH
The mirror switch is mounted in the center console or door control area on the main driver's side, for convenient operation while driving. The switch incorporates a number of function buttons, including a four-way adjustment button for the mirror switch and a folding button. With these buttons, the driver can easily adjust the angle of the rearview mirror and fold the mirror.
1. Four-way adjustment function
The four-way adjustment button is usually designed as a toggle, allowing the driver to adjust the rearview mirror in four directions: up, down, left and right. When the driver presses down the toggle, the top lever inside the toggle will be pressed down accordingly. In the process, the top bar pushes the conductive rubber into contact with the gold-plated disk on the PCB (Printed Circuit Board). Changes in the contact state between the conductive rubber and the gold-plated disk will change the current state in the circuit, which triggers the operation of the mirror motor, realizing the up and down, left and right adjustments of the rearview mirror.
Mirror Folding Function
The mirror folding button is usually a separate push button. When the driver presses the mirror folding button, the mechanism inside the button will drive the moving contact ball in the slider to slide on the gold-plated disk on the PCBA (Printed Circuit Assembly Board). This sliding will change the current path in the circuit, thus triggering the action of the mirror folding mechanism to realize the folding or unfolding of the mirror.

ELECTRIC TAILGATE ETG SWITCH
The electric tailgate etg switch serves as a control component in the vehicle interior and is designed to be simple and easy to operate. It is usually located on the dashboard or within easy reach of the driver to ensure that the driver can quickly and accurately control the opening and closing of the tailgate when needed.
The push button portion of the electric tailgate etg switch is usually a toggle, which allows the driver to operate it with a simple light pressing action of the fingers. The downward pressing action of the toggle is carefully designed to ensure that enough force is generated when it is pressed to make reliable contact between the conductive rubber and the gold-plated PCB disk. When the driver presses the toggle for the electric tailgate etg switch, the mechanism inside the toggle pushes the conductive rubber downward. In the process, the conductive rubber will gradually approach and eventually contact with the gold-plated disk on the PCB, and this change in the contact state will lead to a change in the current state of the circuit, which will trigger the tailgate control module inside the vehicle to work. After receiving the signal from the electric tailgate etg switch, the tailgate control module will execute the corresponding instructions to control the opening or closing of the tailgate. This design is simple, reliable and provides a convenient operating experience for the driver.

INSTRUMENT SWITCH
Instrument switches are usually installed on the instrument panel to provide drivers with a more convenient operating experience.
Shiningkey automobile electric appliances designed and developed the center instrument switch group integrates a variety of practical functions, including front defrost, rear defrost, power and volume adjustment, etc., which greatly improves driving comfort and safety.
The buttons are made of white material, which harmonizes with the overall tone of the instrument panel and is both beautiful and eye-catching; the surfaces of the buttons and decorative strips have been spray-painted to enhance abrasion and corrosion resistance while maintaining a long-lasting glossy appearance; the symbols on the switch cluster adopt the radium-engraving process, which ensures that the markings are clear, long-lasting, and not easy to wear out; and the decorative ring adopts the electroplating process, which not only adds to the aesthetics, but also improves its oxidation-resisting and The decorative ring is plated, which not only increases the aesthetics, but also improves its oxidation and abrasion resistance.
The knobs in the instrument switch group adopt encoder technology. By rotating the knobs, drivers can easily adjust the volume or realize other functions that require rotary adjustment, and the use of encoders ensures the accuracy and stability of the adjustment. When the driver presses these buttons, the microswitches underneath the buttons will be energized to trigger the corresponding function outputs.

DOOR CONTROL MODULE (DCM)
The door control module is located on the main driver's side, making it easy for the driver to centrally control the windows throughout the vehicle. There are several function buttons on the switch, the most prominent of which are the window one-touch up/down button and the window lock button. The one-touch up/down function allows the driver to quickly and fully open or close the windows, while the window locking function is used to lock the power controls of the other windows, ensuring that passengers cannot operate the windows themselves.
How the button functions are implemented
1. One-touch window up/down function
When the driver presses or releases the one-touch raise/lower button, the top lever inside the button is pressed or reset accordingly. During this process, the lever pushes the conductive rubber to contact or separate from the gold plated disk on the PCB (Printed Circuit Board). Changes in the contact state between the conductive rubber and the gold-plated disk will change the current state in the circuit, thus triggering the operation of the window motor and realizing the raising and lowering of the window.
2. Window lock function
When the driver presses the window lock button, the mechanism inside the button will push the conductive rubber to contact the gold-plated disk on the PCB. Similar to the one-touch up/down function, this change in contact state will change the current state in the circuit, thus triggering the operation of the window locking mechanism.

MULTI FUNCTION SWITCHES
The multi function switches are cleverly mounted on the steering wheel, providing the driver with a convenient hands-off steering wheel operation experience. The switch integrates a number of functions such as cruise control, entertainment control, instrument control, etc., which greatly enhances driving comfort and safety.
The backlighting color of the multi function switches is white, providing drivers with clear visual guidance at night or in low light environments. The surface of the switch has been painted to enhance wear and corrosion resistance, while maintaining a long-lasting glossy appearance. The icon is laser-engraved to ensure a clear, long-lasting logo that is not easily worn out.
The wide range of operating temperatures, from -40°C to +70°C, ensures that the switch can work normally under various extreme climatic conditions, providing drivers with a stable operating experience.
Key function realization mode
1. Two-way toggle: Adopting the shaft hole structure, through simple toggle operation, the toggle can realize the two-way movement of the toggle, thus triggering the corresponding function.
2. The rest of the buttons: realize PUSH press self-reset through the guiding rib and groove activities, to ensure that the buttons can be quickly restored to their original position after being pushed. When the button is pushed, it will jack up the internal top bar to make the microswitch conductive, thus realizing the function output. This simple and reliable design ensures the stability and accuracy of the button function.
