Stäubli Textile: Machinery and system solutions for the weaving industry
Since 1892, Stäubli has been one of the world's leading manufacturers of high-speed textile machinery. The textile division provides innovative technological solutions covering the complex and complete weaving process, always adapted to the individual requirements of each user. The extensive Stäubli product range shows off with machines and accessories for frame weaving applications, Jacquard machines, complete carpet and technical textile weaving systems, and is completed with a range of weaving preparation systems, harnesses and weaving automation solutions. Frame weaving
Stäubli shedding systems for frame weavers (cam motions and dobbies) enable the production of all kinds of fabrics ranging from simple patterns to elaborate designs and technical fabrics.
Jacquard weaving
A full range of Jacquard machines is available for weaving garments, furnishing fabrics, terry toweling, labels or other fabrics – especially those featuring sophisticated patterns, e.g. technical fabrics. Jacquard installations are rounded off by tailor-made Jacquard harnesses.
Weaving preparation systems
Automatic drawing-in machines draw the warp threads into the weaving frame and facilitate fast and efficient article change. Warp tying and leasing installations contribute to increased flexibility, productivity and weaving quality. The components of the UNI-LINK system complete tying, leasing and drawing-in installations and further support process rationalization.
Carpet weaving
The ALPHA series carpet machines of the Group brand Schönherr carpet systems provide maximum flexibility for the production various types of carpets, as well as artificial grass. The double-gripper carpet weaving machines are equipped with Stäubli cam Motion or dobby mechanisms and Jacquard machines.
Technical textiles weaving
With its individually configurable weaving systems, Stäubli provides the perfect solution for any application and desired technical fabric.
Knitting solutions for process optimization
Electronic control system, programming systems including production monitoring and graphics, as well as the device D4S that closes sock toes directly on the knitting machine allow quality products and a process that is facilitated and optimized.
