We have a role in national and global engine industry whom needs pistons, for 30 years since 1976. We have been producing pistons for domestic and internetional markets for years since 1976. We play a major player role in engine industry with our 30 years of experience, expert team of engineers, developing company structure, up to date machinery, product variety, production capacity, after sales services. We made a radical change and assumed the principle of providing production and logistic facilities for engine industry in 2015.

We developed and renewed our technological infrastructure as the results of our R&D efforts to increase our capacity. With these progresses we increased our quality of our products and made them more long lasting. We reached 300.000 product capasity per year with our 300 sort of pistons with the robot technology we use.

We had enlarged our inventory space to reduce the inventory costs and answers the demands when its needed for the componies we serve. Without any limits we provide the demands not just by periods of years, we also serve the componies by periods of months and weeks. As MYM we are proud to announce that we are established to provide superior service for the smallest business to the largest firms of national and global engine industry.

We do our manufacturing activities with our 58 employees, in our factories with one of them are 5000 m² outdoor and 4000 m² indoor and the other one is 10000 m² outdoor and 7000 m² indoor at Cerkezkoy, Tekirdag. We present our products to the market by controling the quality with our post production devices, and using the latest technology.

Casting We start our manufacturing phase by melting the finest aluminum ignots because of our quality policy. We analysis and pour process our melted raw matariels as our quality policy. We draft the models we want to produce with our fully automatic and semi-automatic casting stations. We are doing our shirt dump with our stations that we use cooled oil, steel casting channel applications and centrifuge technique. We always do the best as the global quality standarts for our quality policy.

Processing we applicate the surface coating to the liners and pistons we manifacture by considering the heat presure and product type. print screen, nitration-oxidation, manganese phosphate, anodising, tin and grafit paintings with iron phosphate coating can be examples to our coating types. we can arrange the coating type for the best performance for the pistons. we work with our professional crew and modern machines for the best coating.

Quality We check all of our products and analyze them before we deliver our products to our customers. We do not make any concessions of our quality standart from the begining of our process until the end. We check all of our products by universal hardness control, micro harness control and chemical analysis at our control stations. We check each of our products with ccm coordinate devices. We also use roundtest, digital height scale, surface flatness scale, cubing scale in our facilities with reverseengineering technology which can produce a piece by a specimen.
