KURTSAN IS CELEBRATING THE 40TH YEAR OF CARRYING WORLD’S LOAD WITH THE NEW FACTORY IN KONYA INDUSTRIAL ZONE 4
Kurtsan Wheel Hubs Industry, has been producing wheel hubs for trucks, trailers and busses since 1980. Kurtsan continue looking confidently to the future with the power from the past expanding its production, employment, and product range with each day. By the addition of high quality FAG bearings and wheel hub assemblies to the product range in its new factory located in Konya Industrial Zone 4 with 20.000 m2 area; Kurtsan is now unique with more than 650 different wheel hub applications for all types of commercial vehicles. Automotive aftermarket leaders and OE manufacturers has been using well known Kurtsan branded wheel hubs for 40 years.
2016 can be named as "Investment Year" for Kurtsan. The company had made more than 10.000.000 € investment for the new land and factory of 20.000 m2 , brand new full automatic cast iron molding line with a capacity of 500.000 wheel hubs per year, full automatic casting sand preparation / controlling unit and 3D CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machines). Added to that, Kurtsan made agreements with world famous bearing brands; FAG, TIMKEN and SKF to assemble and use their wheel bearings in Kurtsan wheel hub units.
In 2016, Kurtsan increased the annual export sales by %6 which is considered as a good achievement by considering the current political and conjectural risks around Turkey and all over the world. Kurtsan also increased the number of exporting countries from 80 to 90 with the strong dealership agreements.
Kurtsan’s products, where machines of the latest technology are used during the production stage, have reached with the contribution of the qualified personnel who are specialists in their fields and the quality standards and have proven being among the leading in the field with ISO 9001:2015 Management Certificate from Bureau Veritas. Furthermore, Kurtsan's commitment to the environment and human health had also been proven by Bureau Veritas with ISO 14001:2015 and OHSAS 45001:2018 certificates.
Kurtsan products, among the most wanted in the sector, are produced from the stages of molding, casting, machining, painting, final controlling and packaging in the own plants. These high quality hubs have been preferred by many service centers, spare part dealers, axle and trailer manufacturers from all over the world.
