Mity Bite Clamp with automatic self-stressing over the cone.

Perfectly suitable for the use with the chain on the straightening jig or on the dozer as well as with our heavy Sliding Hammers.

Due to the forged design the clamp is usable for tensions up to 10 t.

The clamp can be loosened by a slight blow on the back of the cone. The wing is only unscrewed or screwed manually.

The connection to sliding hammers or straightening chains is provided by the Practi-Hook or a dual hook.

The cone wedge of the clamp is placed between the two claws of the hook.

Special tool for fixing doors and hatchbacks when painting, welding or grinding. The particular locking device is inserted into the door-closing tap or the bracket and into the closing mechanism of the door or the hatchback. Due to telescopes the holders can be set to the required height.

The Smartpuller is easy to handle and used for quick pulling of bodywork and frame structures. It enables the pulling in every direction of almost all surfaces of the entire vehicle body.

• Easy use due to the mobile tripod on wheels and the adjustable rubber support surfaces

• Dents can be eliminated in each direction. In contrast to conventional pulling bridge diagonal pulling is possible as well.

We offer heat and and flame protect blankets in different sizes which are suitable for the use up to 1400°C. In addition to the high maximum application temperature (in wet condition briefly up to 3400°C) the blankets reach a high heat and sound insulation value in contrast to the small grammage (600 g/m²).

Range of application:

• During welding, soldering and cutting they protect all sensitive components (like body panels or rubber surfaces) in immediate surroundings from sparks, slags and welding beads.
• Application always when work safety, heat and fire protection (like in engine compartments and control cabinets) are required
• Usable as welding protection pad, fire blanket, etc.
• Material: flame retardant fleece, black (skin- and paint-friendly)
• Temperature resistance (permanent) according to DIN 52273: around 900 °C

Furthermore, we have special heat protection blankets for different application purposes. This includes for example a door protecting pocket, a wind shield protector or a hatchback cover.

The covers reach a maximum application temperature of 600°C and a permanent temperature resistance of 550°C (DIN 52273) in contrast to the small grammage (700 g/m²).

The Bit Sharper is very easy to handle and it makes the sharpening of welding washers with buttonhole possible. After filling up the Bit Sharper with up to 40 washers they can be sharped easily and quickly with the belt grinder. Now the washers can be reused.
