EuroCons Group is the first company in the SEE region accredited for cleanroom and dry room engineering operations, which are of particular importance for the automotive industry. A dry room is essential for the development and production of lithium batteries. Most manufacturers require that dry rooms maintain a dew point of -40°C. These air parameters can only be achieved by absolute ventilation of clean rooms and the use of adsorption dryers. EuroCons Group has developed innovative solutions for modular&lite systems for clean&dry rooms that provide the required conditions in an optimal and energy-efficient way.

Our portfolio has numerous executed clean room projects in pharmaceutical, food industry and modern electronics. We are recognized as innovators and leaders in the region for the design and execution of clean rooms in battery manufacturing and automotive industry (application of stringent standards VDA 19-1 and VDA 19-2 for the execution of ‘clean rooms’, class CG2 and CG3 and manufacturing rooms CG1).

We are particularly proud of the fact we are the first company in the region certified by SGS for clean and dry rooms (SGS 9001; 14001, 45001). The above would allow the user, due to specific requirements for low humidity, to obtain a solution with extremely low dew point (up to -80oC). Such a requirement is specific for users in the battery manufacturing industry, but also other industrial sectors.

EuroCons Group had the honor of constructing 9,000 m2 of clean rooms designed according to VDI 19.1 and VDI 19.2 standards for the Japanese manufacturer of automotive inverters Nidec Elesys. This turnkey project was completed in only six months. EuroCons Group was in charge of design, construction, equipment provision, installation, commissioning and validation, as well as servicing.

EuroCons Group designed and constructed dry and clean rooms for the ElevenES company from Serbia, which was the first in Europe to start the production of innovative LFP (lithium-iron-phosphate) batteries for electric vehicles. Lithium batteries production takes place in dry rooms with extremely low humidity. At ElevenES, we have achieved extremely dry and clean conditions: class ISO7 with a dew point of -50. EuroCons Group was in charge of clean and dry room design, equipment provision, construction, commissioning, balancing, system validation, as well as maintenance.
