REGUPOL® Anti-slip mats are nowadays considered to be the basic equipment needed to any professional transport operation. By increasing the degree of friction, we can reduce the tension of lashing straps needed to secure the load and reduce the probability of damage of the load or the truck. Transporting the sensitive cargo with REGUPOL cargo mat 9510® is the best solution. This mat doesn't only restrain the load when it's in danger of slipping. lt also restrains itself, so that it leaves no unwanted traces after coming into contact with the load: no black streaks which may optically impair sensitive surfaces. However, always ensure that the mats used are as good as new and are free from dirt and other contamination.

For most elastic materials, a load of 630 tons per square metre is extremely challenging. But not for a REGUPOL cargo mat 1000®, which enables heavy loads to be reliably secured, without any inadmissible deformation of the mat that may compromise the safety of the load. Under heavy loads, this REGUPOL anti-slip mat shows hardly any deformation at all. Once the load is removed, it returns to its original form, so that only very slight deformation can occur. The anti-slip mat is of course available in a number of different sizes to enable the full load bearing surface to be covered, so that heavy loads, such as, excavators, can easily roll onto the mat.

Stabilo® 6kg fire extinguisher box is a hermetic container for storage and protection of 6 kg powder extinguisher, for external assembly in trucks and trailers. It is a necessary vehicle equipment in the case of transport of hazardous materials, in accordance with the ADR convention. The profiled bottom of the box stabilizes the fire extinguisher while driving, the fire extinguisher is additionally held by two clamps fastened with rubber straps, with the possibility of adjusting the tension of the straps which secure fire extinguisher against shaking while driving. An interesting innovation and addendum is the removable pad for the box, which stiffens the bottom of the container for vertical assembly, it allows also for better matching the 6kg fire extinguishers of different sizes, from different manufacturers.

Efficient and convenient opening of the container is ensured by two closing clamps and two steel hinges, and the hermetic is assured by installing the double blades rubber seal.

Stabilo® document box is a flat container ready for outside assembling to trucks and trailers, necessary for storage and secure any documents. It is very usable to drivers who exchange the trailer, especially in case of international shipping. The box contains 3 fixing wholes for screw diameter 5mm which helps to easy fix the box to the trailer front wall or the rear wall of the truck cab. The Stabilo® document box is lockable using the buckle or padlock and corresponds the customs regulation. 

Corner Protectors Stabilo® are currently a very important part of equipment used in transport applications. Stabilo® protects the cargo from being crushed (destroyed) due to the tension of the lashing strap, spreading evenly the strength of tension. Stabilo® also secure the lashing straps against abrasions by sharp edges of load.

Nevertheless, one of the most important functions (which is often disregarded) is the evenly distribute the strap tension along its length. Effectiveness of the strength distribution achieved by the protector is defined as the “K” factor. According to VDI 2700 guidelines and DIN EN 12195-1:2004 requirements, value of the “K” factor must be higher or equal to 1.5 (K ≥ 1,5). Stabilo-max® protectors have achieved a very high value of the k factor – K=1,93 – which has been confirmed by test carried out in a laboratory under the supervision of independent TŰV Rheinland inspectors. In result, the obtained TŰV Rheinland certificate guarantees that your cargo, secured by Stabilo-max® corner protectors usage, will be safe on the proper way.

Continuously increasing the paper manufacturers’ demands for transport companies in the protection of their cargo, and in particular paper in the roles, has contributed to the work on the new project. As a result, we have launched the new PaperMAX corner protector on the market.

PaperMAX corner protectors are being recommended by leading paper manufacturers for a number of practical properties. The curved edge of one of the arms makes it easier to fasten the lashing strap and protect the transported paper in rolls lying down (horizontally). Thanks to the highest quality of the raw materials used for production, the high impact resistance has been achieved. What is more, the protectors can be applied within a wide scope of temperatures (from – 20°C up to + 70°C).

A corner protector Stabilo® 1200 designed to the protection of loads on the larger length. This product can be applied to the protection of bricks, tiles on palettes, barrels, products in bags (i.e.  ement, glues, gypsum, as well as fertilizers and chemicals).

His length: 1200mm allows to spread of the lashing straps tension on the larger surface. Thanks to designed shape we can easy cut Stabilo® 1200 on smaller parts according to the end user needs, i.e. 800mm, 600mm, 400mm.

Corner protector Stabilo® smart allows to spread of the lashing straps tension on the larger surface especially in cases when standard corner protectors usage can damage the load within transportation. Thanks to designed system called: „Clip-on” you can easy adjust the length of corner protector to longer sections (multiple of 600mm) according to the end user needs.

Toolboxes under the Stabilo® brand are essential equipment for modern trucks and trailers.

The design of the toolbox and the selected parameters of the raw material (resistance to stress cracking) guarantee its durability and strength, even at low temperatures.

The additional reinforcement of the lock prevents the lid from opening by itself when the vehicle is in motion. The cylinder lock has 5 latch pockets, which interact directly with the three-plane notch profile to create more than 200 unique key combinations. A specially formatted rubber seal protects against water ingress.

Stabilo® toolboxes have been tested by TÜV Rheinland in accordance with Directive 89/297/EEC with reference to UN ECE Regulation No. 73 obtaining a positive result for use in the later protection of trucks, trailers and commercial vehicles as well. Optimum load capacity of the box depends on the type of fixing system.

The Stabilo® Slick-box model was developed for smaller vans such as Fiat Ducato, Renault Master, etc. and for the small trailers. Thanks to the reduced depth of the box, it can also be successfully fitted to trailer caravans and farm trailers, as well as to vehicles with a wider underframe.

The new Stabilo® Slick-box features a lock with three locking points, which further increases the pressure on the flap over its entire surface and protects it from self-opening while driving.

The body of the new box has an additional embossing, which makes it possible to mount the boxes to the vehicle's underframe using an R-type assembly kit.

All models in the Stabilo® Slick-box range are distinguished by the characteristic design of the lid, which extends beyond the edge of toolbox` corpus.

The new range of boxes includes three models: 500-3, 500-4 and 750.

Apart from plastic toolboxes we can introduce Lightweight toolbox entirely made of aluminium or stainless steel, both types resistant to corrosion.
