The solution immediately caught the imagination of the automotive industry and Dura quickly became the Number 1 recommended supplier worldwide to over 25 vehicle brands.
Today, Dura’s steel workshop furniture is used by more OEMs, manufacturers, and businesses than any other brand. Every day, thousands of skilled technicians use Dura furniture across a vast range of industries, from the Emergency Services to Aerospace, Main Dealer workshops to the pits at leading international race circuits.
Dura is a proud British brand that does not compromise on any aspect of design or quality. Every Dura product is designed by the Dura design team in the UK. Every piece of furniture is made at Dura’s manufacturing facility, using only the highest quality materials and components.

600 Series
The Dura 600 Series has been the foundation for workshops worldwide for nearly three decades. With more than 500 individual products in the range, Dura has created thousands of workshops, each tailored to the customer’s exact requirements.
More manufactures, service centres and dealers use Dura than any other workshop manufacturer, with many OEMs mandating Dura furniture into the brand standards of their Corporate Identity, with Dura workshop furniture setting the standard for aesthetics, processes and quality.
Dura originated the concept of modular, integrated workshop in 1997 and remains the leader for workshop furniture at a global level. Our products are manufactured at our wholly owned facility in the UK to the highest quality. Every piece is designed, delivered and installed with unmatched levels of service.
The 600 Series range has continued to evolve and develop over the last 27 years, however all mounting points have remained consistent, ensuring that the very latest modular cabinets remain compatible with even the earliest units. Many of our workshops enjoy long service lives, with multiple customers still using the same furniture purchased more than 20 years ago.
The range is extensive, offering solutions for every requirement – and where the ideal solution doesn’t exactly meet the client’s requirements, bespoke, one-off solutions can be developed by Dura with our in-house design and manufacturing facilities.

Height Adjustable Workstation
Introducing the Dura Height Adjustable Workstation, with motorised action and memory function.
Elevate your working flexibility with on of the latest additions to our award-winning 600 series furniture range. Designed to offer greater flexibility than traditional fixed desks and to meet the demands of a rapidly evolving work environment.
The HAD-120 allows users to modify the height of their worksurface at the touch of a button, with a whisper-quiet motor elevating the surface to the desired level for seating or standing.
This flexibility helps users perform to their best by limiting bad posture, RSI and as a result, poor concentration. It is especially useful for improving work efficiency in environments with frequent rotation of personnel or variation of tasks performed. The touch pad controls the electrical operation of the bench, allowing quick and safe height adjustment without the need for tools. With a height range of 800 - 1200mm, every user should be able to find the ideal height to suit their needs.
The HAD-120 is fitted with adjustable feet to allow precise levelling and stability when installed. The worksurface is a hard-wearing 2mm Pinseal material ideal for most tasks, and grommet-guarded holes allow convenient cable management for monitors, laptops and other electrical devices.
The desk is constructed using the same high quality 1.2mm epoxy coated steel used throughout the 600 series range and designed to fit neatly with the modular sizes of the system. This allows a desk to be planned as part of a larger work area as well as a stand-alone item.
