Durable materials
All Dinex silencers are made from stainless steel in order to achieve maximum lifetime. Our pipes are produced from aluminized or stainless steel, and we ensure low leakage and maximum lifetime by using 2S+ or 3S flex pipes. Our bending competences include narrow bending radius and zero distance between bends.

Bending beats welding
We prefer to bend pipes to minimize the usage of welding, as this gives more reliable products. Our bending competences include 1D-bending and zero distance between bends.

How is Recon different from regular cleaning?

Dinex Reconditioned Particulate Filters has been processed with a range of propriatary chemicals to loosen even the most hardened chunks of ash, which regular cleaning processes are ineffective against. Our tests shows that this way results in nearly twice as much residues removed from the filter, than regular cleaning.

This means the filter is brought back to a near-new state. The catalytic coating is fully reactivated, and reduces your need for Active Regeneration. Free flow is restored, saving fuel consumption. And the filter lasts longer.

Fast exchange, and back on the road

Where a regular cleaning process requires a 24-48 hour workshop visit, the Dinex Recon-program is based on a simple exchange program. Swap in your dirty OE or Dinex Type Approved Filter, and get a new reconditoned one in exchange right away. In less than an hour, you'll be back on the road.
