Pull-ARC 250 LAB

Beschreibung

Always focused on the market needs, DECA has developed a new product dedicated to the repair of aluminum parts which are increasingly present in modern cars.

This new power source, thanks to the drawn arc system, is able to repair any dent and straighten up aluminium alloy carbody.

Intuitive and light graphics display drives the user through machine power setting, saving time and consumables.

Microprocessor on board keep under control arc energy and avoid sheet overburn on reverse side of plate.

Main features of the Pull-ARC 250 LAB:

  • High-end synergic welder with programs dedicated to many materials.
  • Repair of dents and straightening of thin metal sheets.
  • Different functions for many uses on carbody repair.
  • Color graphic display with simple and intuitive user interface.
  • Customizable and storable programs.
  • SD-Card to update and add programs.
  • Quick and easy to use, it does not require gas.

MASTROTIG 216 AC/DC LAB

The power sources for TIG and MMA welding MASTROTIG line are the top of the Deca range, ideal for maintenance, repair and construction work. They meet professional needs and are guaranteed by the LAB mark of excellence. Carefully designed and manufactured at our San Marino factories.

All models have unique features both of operation and construction: excellent ignition, power and arc stability, an extremely easy and clear professional control panel. Possibility to act on all welding parameters both in manual mode and using the EASY PULSE and AC EASY welding aids, body in light aluminum alloy.

The great flexibility of the welding machine is supported by the possibility of saving some “user welding point” in internal storage memory.

Three models are available: MASTROTIG 218 DC LAB Pulsed single phase, MASTROTIG 216 AC/DC LAB Pulsed single phase and MASTROTIG 327 AC/DC LAB Pulsed three phase.

The MASTROTIG 216 AC/DC LAB model delivers 160 Amps in TIG (DC & AC wave form) and 130 Amps in MMA mode.

It is designed to weld with the TIG process both in normal mode and in the more sophisticated PULSED TIG mode. It also welds with rutile and basic coated electrodes.

Some of the main TIG features:

  • TIG HF LIFT: arc striking occurs without touching the piece by means of the high frequency or by touching the piece with the electrode and slowly lifting it. The risk of contaminating the piece with the tungsten electrode is low.
  • Setting the diameter of the TIG electrode: to guide in subsequent adjustments.
  • TIG pulse: manual adjustment of frequency and base current.
  • Easy pulse: the TIG pulse is used to obtain a good penetration without heating the piece too much. The system automatically adjusts the current reduction to the most appropriate pulsation frequency based on the welding current set: no special knowledge is required.
  • AC Frequency adjustment and balance: manual in TIG welding in alternating current.
  • AC Easy: an internal synergy in the microcontroller takes care of better managing the frequency and balance of the alternating wave when welding in alternating current, for example on aluminum or stainless steel of low thickness.
  • Bilevel welding: selection of two welding currents (high and low) by pressing the torch trigger. Useful for special jobs when a pedal is not available.
  • Adjustable Pre gas / Post gas: to avoid contamination of the weld pool.
  • Adjustable Slope Up / Slope down: progressive increase and subsequent decrease of the welding current to obtain a flawless beginning and end of the welding seam.
  • 2T/4T: allows you to weld without having to keep pressing the trigger of the torch.
  • Spot: to obtain welding points that are all the same (riveting).

SW 58 LAB DENT PULLER FOR STEEL

The SW spot range is ideal for steel carbody dent repair and straightening of thin sheet.

All products are developed, designed and made in San Marino: our LAB mark guarantees quality and realibility of our products.

All models have simple and intuitive user front panel and several automatic setting are available to help even beginner operators.

The further independent setting of the welding current and time (SW 18 LAB / SW 28 LAB) allows more precise control of the heat output, useful for example on very thin and high-strength sheets.

The SW 58 LAB is equipped with two guns: each tool can be set with different work programs. One gun is without trigger: the welding spot is generated as soon as the tool touches the workpiece to be straightened. The second gun is equipped with a trigger: the welding spot is controlled by pressing the trigger.

Thanks to the double gun, maximum comfort work speed is ensured.

The SW 58 LAB model supplies 4500 Amp.The power supply voltage is single-phase at 230 Volts.

The main features are:

  • Easy to use: time and power settings are indicated in a help table.
  • Contact gun: the welding point is generated as soon as the tool is in contact with the piece to be straightened.
  • Gun with trigger: the welding point is controlled through the trigger.
  • Mass clamp: for an easy and safe connection to the workpiece.
  • Single-sided single-point welding.
  • Single-sided pulsed spot welding for patches.
  • Continuous welding.
  • Hot plate function with carbon electrode
  • Gun with quick coupling: to easily replace tools.
  • Accessory kit for sheet metal pulling included.
