BGA Quality Testing & Manufacturing:
The Transmission range has been engineered to perfection and tested endlessly on bespoke real-life simulation machines in BGA’s UK headquarters to match and exceed that of OE equivalent. All shafts are 100% inspected with “go / no go” spline gauges to ensure that the critical tolerance of the shaft splines is accurate. Hardness testing of all components is also undertaken in house to ensure longevity. In some applications, in order to avoid excess vibration, a torsional vibration damper is fitted to the shaft.
