Valves are used in internal combustion engine and are made from different materials grades to operate under different circumstances. Inlet Engine Valves are made from Chromium Silicon Alloy Steel and Exhaust Engine Valves are made from Chromium Nickel Silicon Alloy Steel. Engine Valves are also supplied with Nitriding Process or Hard Chrome Plating which increases the surface hardening of the stem. With every valve design we strive to maximise strength through higher exhaustion resistance and tensile strength.
