CERTUS play detectors are available in two different variants – for vehicles up to 4T GTW and up to 20T. Both types are 8 directions, electro-hydraulic devices. Moving plates are moved in opposite direction in standard, and as an option they can move same direction or allow to move just a single testing plate. Machine is controlled with a wireless remote controller equipped with very bright torch.

Our play detector are very dynamic thanks to high capacity hydraulic unit. The electric engine is air-cooled unit installed at the top of oil tank.

We launched our first car wash on the Polish market back in 2005 - it was a portal car wash for a military unit. Since then, we have provided services to various investors opening car washes - mainly in the segment of vehicle control stations and authorised car services.

In Cleanart washes, we apply the principle of optimizing efficiency without compromising the expected level of wash quality. Our car wash facilities are equipped with Phoenix Contact control unit with 7" touch panel with proprietary WSOP-CLEANART software and include f.ex:

• 4 washing programmes (high pressure cleaning 100 bar, rinsing 100 bar, waxing 100 bar, polishing 100 bar)
• Automatic control of underfloor heating with sensors
• Osmotic water production system with 500 - 1000l tank depending on car wash configuration

CERTUS is a modern test lane enabling a comprehensive inspection of the technical condition of all types of vehicles. The producer of it is WSOP - a Polish company.

The CERTUS vehicle test lane was created in 2009 based on many years of experience in the area of car diagnostics. CERTUS lane offers not only comprehensive vehicle inspection but also a unique design which improves the aesthetic appeal of the station.

The latest version of the CERTUS diagnostic lines (CERTUS 4) combines proven technical solutions with the latest IT solutions. The extensive software platform provides unprecedented possibilities in terms of integration with all devices used in the process of conducting technical tests of vehicles. Moreover, the CERTUS OPTIDEKS software enables integration with most external platforms supporting and operating national technical testing systems. Thanks to the use of WEB technology and IoT-based solutions, management of the operation of lines, individual devices and diagnosticians can be carried out from anywhere in the world.

The CERTUS lane includes:

• a central control unit (including a PC computer and a remote control),
• roller brake tester
• a shock absorber tester,

CERTUS offers intuitive software which simplifies the inspection of the tested vehicle. The inspection is conducted “step by step” through the consecutive stages of the test. Additionally, the measurement results are presented in a very clear way.

The CERTUS test lane can be operated in either automatic or manual mode. The use of a radio remote control unit makes it possible to control the process of inspection from anywhere in the room.

The operation of the device is very stable due to the use of digital data transmission CAN, which further protects it from external interference. The control unit is connected with the brake pedal force meter and the pressure sensors using a modern wireless communication system. The CERTUS lane guarantees high precision of measurements due to frequent collection of the measured values.

The roller device employs unique inverters which improve the durability of the drivetrain system. They make the measuring more comfortable by allowing gentle speeding-up of the rollers without the uncomfortable jerking of the tested vehicle. The CERTUS lane is capable of testing 4x4 drive vehicles. Additionally, the user is able to equip the lane with further useful functionalities, such as roller exit assistance, data archiving, weight measurement, etc.

The shock absorber tester works based on a modified Boge method. It makes it possible to inspect both classic suspension systems as well as ones with progressive shock absorption characteristics.

The CERTUS lane is distinguished by its unique design. The design team prepared a modern-looking control unit, visually coordinated with the lane software interface and the colour-coding of the floor parts.

Mobile inspection center can be prepared for the customer in many different configurations. Presented below version is a 20 feet self-unloading container equipped with automatic rotation device, lifted roof and electrohydraulic automatic drive through ramps. Complete system is controlled with a dedicated tablet and software. This construction allows to work on small testing areas located next to the roads. Thanks to special design it has a big drive through width, which allows to test wide vehicles. Container is equipped with power generator what makes the complete inspection center autonomous. Of course it has also an option of external power supply (400V 3 Ph). Very efficient lighting system allows to work also at night.

Mobile inspection center uses the CERTUS testing equipment (roller brake tester and play detector as a standard) and can be equipped with additional testing device according to customers` needs (e.g. tachometer tester, side slip teaser etc.). It also includes external portable testing equipment like emission testing set, EOBD scan tool, glass transparency tester, etc.
