SANKYO Grinding Cube Abrasive is used for car refinishing, polishing, metal,by dust removal、 intermediate polishing and  fine polishing .

Structural characteristics and advantages:   Special sponge backing, sturdy and durable, with good adhesion;   The back of the sponge has velcro, making it easy to use; Selected grains with uniform grit distribution, less prone to scratches; A precise three-dimensional structure containing multiple layers of abrasives, with a long service life and good heat dissipation performance, can achieve meticulous, uniform, and consistent grinding effects;   Particle grit range : P1000, P1500, P2000, P2500, P3000, P5000, P6000   Application field: mainly used for repairing and polishing various paint surfaces, and can be used for both wet and dry purposes.

Taking P3000 as an example: Conventional single-layer abrasive, abrasive size 3-14um (D50 ≈ 5.0um); The height of the grinding cube pyramid is 50-400um, and the grinding life is longer. 

During grinding operations, the gaps between the pyramids can increase the space for chip storage and removal, playing a role in preventing clogging and heat dissipation. 

After the top of the pyramid is worn, the new and sharp abrasive in the lower layer is replaced, which can continue to maintain its cutting ability and roughness.
