Equal feather distribution does not occur in stitched products. Because the needle collects the hairs up to the edges of the skin during sewing. This causes the vibration.

Surface gloss value up to x>85 GU (Glossy) can
be obtained. At the fixed point and the moment
of rotation lasting 30 seconds, the temperature
of the surface does not exceed 51.4°.

The open pores between the feathers on the
lambskin are natural air channels and allow the
wool pad to cool itself. (Since synthetic products
do not have this feature, they cannot cool themselves.
Therefore, the surface temperature rises
during polishing. )

The wool pad, which keeps the surface at a low
temperature, allows liquid compounds (liquid
paraffin, wax, carnauba, etc.) to spread on the
surface, quickly removing scratches and creating
maximum shine.
It has a dense feather structure of 23-26
microns.
It is a seamless, technological product assembled
with lamination. It is resistant to 4,000 rpm
rotation and friction in the opposite direction.

The force applied in angled areas is damped by
the flexible structure of the midsole.
