For directional warning or combined directional and warning applications, the 5-53XX series R65 certified (model dependent) Arrow/warning bar can be configured with almost any combination of amber / blue / red / white colour combinations and patterns to function as a dedicated Arrowbar or warning bar or a combined Arrow/warning bar. At just 28mm deep, the bar can be mounted vertically or horizontally using the adjustable mounting brackets supplied.

Using multi-colour LED modules means that the lightbar can be programmed with very sophisticated lighting combinations but still with a small footprint. It offers full 360 degree continuous rotation, 90 degree upward and 30 degree downward elevation and two operating speeds. When powered down, the mechanism automatically returns the light to a safe, parked position so that the beam does not dazzle oncoming traffic when the light is switched back on.

EuroSmart gives you seamless control of sirens, lightbars, beacons, headlight flashers, run-lock units and other vehicle warning equipment. At the touch of a button, you can quickly activate advanced switching applications programmed into the controller. A single push button, for example, can be programmed to activate a specific sequence of functions such as lightbar flash pattern, siren tone, grille and vehicle headlights.

Allowing even more advanced switching applications is the Haztec 8-82316+ 16-27 function handset. To make programming and operation even simpler than ever, the handset contains a series of LCD screens which, using text and icons, enable users to control lights and siren/PA operation as well as other features such as monitoring battery voltage.

One of the many latest innovations in Haztec’s range of audible warning systems is the 8-82415 EuroSmart siren/PA. This lightweight unit will drive one or two Haztec 8-7050 compact 50W round or square cowl Haztec speakers to deliver outputs in excess of 118dBA. The 8-82415 comes with dual radio rebroadcast input channels and a choice from 28 siren tones including mixed, true fanfare or vibrato (when installed with two speakers). A further plus, the USB connector means it can be re-programmed by a local technician when needed.
