Equipped with a trailer or van and plenty practical experience, Trainmobil sets off from Hamburg to work on the topic with you onsite. We use a variety of functional models, engines and machines. Always know exactly what to do in every repair and service case? Given the variety and complexity of vehicles these days, no workshop can do this anymore. Trainmobil offers detailed, step-by-step assistance to help workshops achieve their goals. And this is now very easy to access with our new chatbot. It is programmed on the basis of Trainmobil's knowledge and provides direct, practical help with individual questions.

The chatbot is supplemented by the Trainmobil repair instructions. They explain various repair and service cases step by step and can be accessed via the Trainmobil website or in the Trainmobil app.
